I hve received a letter from institute stating that i am provisionally registered for CA final new course, and i hve 2 inform d institue about status of my artcieship as on 1st November 2011. My query is where we hve 2 submit that form in Western Regional office of mumbai, or we have 2 sent it via spped post in Delhi.

i think u hav receive letter from delhi, so send it to delhi region.
send to noida address, ICAI exam department.
The address is given on top of the letter.
First You have confirmed ur date of completion of articleship from ur regional office then send it to the noida address.
i also send this today after equiry. they also said me that attach xerox copy of letter for their referance.
