Provisional registration - rules - need clarification - Students

Hi all,

At present I'm doing my 3rd year B.com Under direct entry I have to wait till completion of my degree.

When I went to Chennai - Office to submit my provisional registration application form they rejected that they want my fifth sem mark sheets.

I am very confused because I thought of giving IPCC in May 14' by registering in Sep 13'

Please guide me with proper norms for provisional registration.

Details: 4th sem completed - having marksheets

5th sem exam - to be held in october 13'

% till 4th sem - 75%(overall)

% of accounting subjects - 65%

6th sem exams - apr 14'

What shall I do now.Please help whether I can do it now.
