A firm did not migrate within the time given and his provisional id is cancelled. Now currently the firm gets a new regn in GST. The problem is that the firm has done transactions in provisional gst number but no return or tax payment done. What can be done in this case.

Sir, the new gst regn. is effective from 22.02.18 and if we revise the gst number in invoice and ask vendot to make ammendment how come sale and purchase made between July to Jan be incorporated in our new gst no which is effective from 22.02.18. please clarify
