I required an clarification on TDS deducted for the Month of march 2013 has to be paid on the 7th of April 2013 or the Provision made on TDS has to be Deducted and should be deposited on the 30th of april 2013. Pls. Calrify.

For March, it is on or before 30th April, and for any other month it is 7th of the next moth.
Tax deducted in any month has to be deposited on or before 7th of next month. However, tax deducted on any PROVION made on 31st March may be deposited by 30th April.
Due date for tds deducted for the entire month of March,2013 is 30.04.2013. Refer Notification No. 41/2010 [F.No. 142/27/2009-SO(TPL)], dated 31-5-2010
Yes Tds deducted for the month of march 13 may be deposit before 30 april'2013 and another month should be before 7 th day of months.
