Dear Sir / Madam,

We have 15 employees in an organisation, and they are all drawing salary more than 20000 wages per month, before this COVID-19 close down few of them taken leave in the beginning of the month, please confirm should we need to deduct salary for them for the leaven taken before or not. If any notification pertaining to it, please share with me dear experts.

it is great contribution if employers do not deduct salary of employees for Lockdown period 

there is no official notification but request by the PM

Thank you for your update! my question here is not on lockdown period, Few employees has already been taken leave in the month beginning and they don't have any leave balance to adjust in this case shall we deduct the salary for the leave taken or not?
