Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how to report Employee Provident Fund (EPF) details in your Income Tax Return (ITR). It explains that while employee contributions are exempt under Section 80C, employer contributions and interest exceeding certain limits are added to your taxable salary. Amounts within the exemption limits are shown as exempt income.

Employees contribution expemted under 80 C
employers contribution expemted upto 12%salary and exceeding it will be added to salary
interest expemted upto I think 9.5% exceeding will added to salary
How employer contribution and interest on epf shown in itr

They are not shown any where if you exceed above the exemption limit then added to salary. Otherwise  show them as exempted income
