You can also transfer your balance from old account to your account with new employer as detailed below

You have to apply in From-13(R) through the NEW Employer at the EPF Office from which transfer is sought clearly stating New and Old EPF Numbers. You have to obtain new EPF Number from your New Employer. New EPF Number will be allotted by New Employer, not by EPFO.

Yes u can withdraw ur PF amount and u can open ur new PF account with new employer

Employees PF number is not valid for lifetime. i mean if u stay at 1 employer for lifetime then it is valid. but if u change ur employers then it is not valid. PF commossioner will issue SSN number in future that SSN number is Unique.

That SSN number is like ur Bank account. u can produce ur SSN number to any employer

and that SSN number is valid for lifetime.

Thanks,
