Dear All mY FriEnDs ..........please suggest me.???? My t/f date is 28/04/209 nd re-registration date is 29/04/2009(109 had also been accepted by Branch Off. ). But till today I have not recieved re-registration letter or cancellation letter from Institute..!!! I am  in great trouble about my re-registration B'cos my friends are telling me to Re-join my old office..................Now I can't understand wht to do wht not to do...................please suggest me.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! although m leaved ma old office just after date of t/f

I Congratulate Kuldeep for atleast speaking against the motion. You see there are lots of allegations about so silly matters. But HERE IT IS A SERIOUS MATTER. LET ME EXPLAIN HOW-

RIGHT TO FREEDOM IS AN ECCENTRIC FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT ENSHRINED IN THE CONSTITUTION

Now The Question is If somebody is not willing to work due to non condicive ambience etc at his/her firm,  doesnt he/she posses the right to voluntarily quit and find some firm of his/her choice. If i am not wrong "THERES NOTHING BIG THAN OUR CONSTITUTION"

i also oppose the restiction on articleship transfer . I advise you to call on ministry of corporate affairs . I have called there . they auggest me to take atleast 500 signature of students against the restiction on transfer . We will order Mr. Uttamtrakash to remove the restiction on transfer of articleship. Chalo GANDHIGIRI kare

what can MCA do in this regard? i cant imagine any role of MCA here.

we know ICAI is company u/s 25 but MCA has no authority to deal with ICAIs AOA here

better will be to contact council of the ICAI in this regard with some respected powerful members of the ICAI

Mr.anurag mca is the govt. institution . They can remove the restiction on trnasfer. kindly call to Mr. jaykantvyas from mca (011)23389227. He handle all this . He told me to take sign of atleast 500 students against it he will order to Mr. Uttam to remove the restiction on transfer . Thanx . Do something

Hey frds can we do Gandhigiri in this matter ? The mobile number of Mr. Uttam and our vise president is available on icai website under link of council member. We all call them . At last their mind will be changed and they will remove the restictiom on articleship transfer. thanx . Do something

hey kuldeep i also agree with you but anyaay k saamne aawaz kaise uthaye ? I write 2-3 ideas here . But if there is unity in any idea then the restiction on transfer will certainly change. I have trust in it . I am very much impressed after seeing the protest from your side against restiction on transfer . I have trust you that due to your afforts the restiction on transfer will surely chaged . Thanx
