Please let me know:

Proprietorship firm is taken as applicant. Co Applicant needs to be proprietor?

Proprietor is taken as co applicant. Co Applicant needs to be Proprietorship firm?

Or Both are same.

It is not necessary that the proprietor has to be a co-applicant in every case. Generally the Proprietor's KYC is also collected along with the entity's KYC. Still the loan may be advanced in the name of the entity alone. Only in case if the entity's revenue is insufficient and the Proprietor has income from other means he shall be added as Co-applicant to increase the chance of getting higher loan amount.
