Proprietor expired...son is GST holder
Respected sir...one of the proprietor expired in May month...in June his taken new gst licence...but his death certificate received in this month...so I am going to cancel the registration...but input in the old firm transfered to his son's firm...if yes how.....please sir advice....

Input credit ledger lying in deceased persons' GSTN may be transferred to new GSTN by filing form ITC-02.
