Property tax deduction in both service tax and income tax u/s 24
Dear Members
Can any one of you assist me on the following issue
Can we claim the property tax deduction in both Service tax and Income tax for the Service tax computation i.e by deducting from the gross value and for calculation of Income tax respectively.

For Income tax calculation the deduction is available, but not in Service tax.
