Property rights

I purchased lands with my income but registered in my wife's name. Further our apartment,where we stay now,was purchased with my funds, jointly registered in our names. My wife's contribution is nil in both the cases as she is a housewife with no income. No gift deed is executed in both cases.In case of a dispute between us, where do I stand leegally as far as my rights are concerned.Kindly clarify and oblige.
