an assessee who has to buy a property which has circle rate 35 lakhs and the assessee in his last 6 year ITR have never filed income more than 3lacs or 4 lacs so how can he pay 35 lacs through banking transactions. though he have cash in hands and agricultural land in villages by selling which he can get 35 lacs and more..... what should I suggest him??

income from agricultural property will not taxable. but sale of agricultural land is taxable under capital gains

Can he sell that agricultural land which he have inherited from her husband's fathers as my assesse is women and only her husband has filed returns of last 6 years.... ??

my client has inherited property from his father.his father has two sons and two daughter and wife

one son is well settled in mumbai the land has been market value Rs.25 lacs how it will be distributed among legal heirs and successors excluding the one in mumbai so kindly suggest the answer how to distribute the money equally ?
