I am balaji ,a director of a pvt ltd company ,have a propery which has mortgaged with a bank ,now i wish to change my property title to my company to boost company asset ,please guide us how can i change my propery title with mortgage and procedure to be followed to buy property by company

You have to release the mortgage by paying the loan to the bank and sell the property at a value equal to the stamp duty valuation.
