Is property dealer liable to take registration in gst., if liability arise then what is the limit for regn.

Which state belonging
Selling of immovable property is exemted under schedule 3 of gst with certain condition like if you are selling a plot or agri land then gst is exempted.however if you are selling residential flats whose completion certificate is yet to be issued then gst is payable
