I have electrycity bill on the name of my father in law. Can I submit it as address proof for principal place of business ??

I suggest you to TAKE NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE ALONG WITH RENTAL AGREEMENT FROM YOUR FATHER, SO THAT YOU WILL NOT FACE ANY ISSUES WHILE MAKING APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION, TAKE RENTAL AGREEMENT ON 100RS STAMP PAPER AND NOC ON 20RS STAMP PAPER, IT IS ADVISABLE TO GET THAT NOTARIZED , STILL YOU have doubts reach us at Nine seven o 1 six five o 1 seven eight

Yes use a notarized NOC along with the electricity bill.
