Proof of export - nepal export

all the exports under UT-1 have same set of documents to be submitted, as prescribed under notification no 42/2001,

i.e

original and duplicate( sealed cover from customs) copy of ARE-1, duly pased by customs

invoice, signed by nepal customs ( xerox)

packing list, passed by customs

shiping bill , passed by customs ( EP copy xerox)

truck receipt ( non Negotiable copy)

apart from this , department may seek the FRC, ( inward foreign remittence clearance certificate agaist the exports), before discharging the duty liability in UT-1.

Dear Friends

For nepal Export Can we still export in Indian Rs. As as per Notification No.29/2011-Central Excise(N.T.)  DT:05-12-2011 the Export to Nepal in bond against payment in Indian Rupee is omitted.

Pls clarify, how we deal with the bank? & is any incentive availabel for this.
