i have come to understand that we should submit proof of export within six months from the date of export of goods.
a monthly statement called annexure 19 is to be filed for that.& we should give the details of export in that (in five parts).but what procedure to be done if we fails to file annexure-19 or submit proof of export?? (within six months)
Also what is meant for BRC? is that also needed to be submitted with proof of export??

It is not needed to submitted (BRC) along with the proof of export i.e. Annexure 19.
Also relax don' t be so tensed because every problem in this world has an solution. Be confident and just relax

If you will not submit the proof of export then department can demand the duty with interest.

90days or 180 days??
(actually i have to file it for back dated period as we havnt filed any annexure)
Within 6 month from the export of goods.
do we also have to add our removal of goods which is aginst CT-1 (to merchant exporter)in Annexure 19
