Promotor of the company

Dear All, We are Pvt. Ltd. Co. and 100% subsidiary of the foreign company . Virtually all the shares except 2 shares are held by our parent company and 2 shares are held by the other subsidiary of the parent Co. Now my query is while filling form MGT-7 , we are required to fill up the details of shareholders i.e. promoters , members and debenture holder , now where should we put the details of our member company who is also subsidiary of our parent company , whether we should treat them as promoter or write there details as mere member.
