Promotor of the company
Dear All,
We are Pvt. Ltd. Co. and 100% subsidiary of the foreign company . Virtually all the shares except 2 shares are held by our parent company and 2 shares are held by the other subsidiary of the parent Co.
Now my query is while filling form MGT-7 , we are required to fill up the details of shareholders i.e. promoters , members and debenture holder , now where should we put the details of our member company who is also subsidiary of our parent company ,
whether we should treat them as promoter or write there details as mere member.

As per your query , you have yourself admitted that this company is a wholly owned subsidiary of your parent company and you are persuming it righly . So you have to mention your partent comapny as well as your other company that is subsidiary of your parent company as promoters. Regards
