Dear Experts,

Exemption limit for tds on professional fee is 30k ,but if I have two bills one amount is 25k and other is 8500 so their is required to deduct tds

If the amount paid to one person is more than 30,000/- during the year, tds should be deducted.

So Yes, TDS needs to be deducted.

If total basic any of bills is 33500 then tds is deduct on this amt or deduct on last bill amt 

 

You can deduct any of the bill consolidated

or

If You want exact deduction for Your accounting purpose then You will deduct as per Bill's calculation...
