Professional Tax issue if employer & employees states are different
Employer state is Karnataka and employee are working in Tamil Nadu. Salaries are paid by Karnataka State. Employer wants to deduct PT. so which state provisions he has to follow for deduction of PT either Karnataka or Tamil Nadu.
