Professional Tax for Branch Offices

We are a trading company with HO in Mumbai.  We have about 20 employees in HO.
We have 4 Warehouses in different states with respective state GST Regns.
We have only 1-2 staff at each warheouse in these states.

We wish to know - 

1) Should we deposit Prof. Tax for all employees togteher in HO in Mumbai or should we deposit different Prof Tax for each state.

2) Do we have to register for Company Prof Tax for each state.
