Professional tax ap

Our Company was established in the year 2009

but still now we did not registration under profesiona tax act

in the f.y 2009-10 no professional tax was deducted

but the f.y 2010-11 we have deducted professional tax from employee salaries

so, how can i pay this, we have only TIN Registration No.

please tell me the procedure and fee to get the professional tax Registered

one more thing i want to inform that our 2 directors are not paid any salary for the f.y2009-10 and 2010-11
