Professional tax

I wanted VAT TIN no,to register a proprietor ship firm,for that i needed current account. In order to open current account I need professional tax no. Can any one here guide me,how to get professional tax no. No of days it take for same,and documents required. Note:I do have a salary account which I continued to use as saving account,does it mean i will have professional tax no. already,if so can bank provide me with same..??
