Is it possible to form LLP by CA,CS,CMA,MBA Lawyers and other professionals? To my knowledge Bar council has not permitted Lawyers to enter into partnership with CAs. Please suggest one to one profession. What will be the procedure to form it, if possible?
It is not just the LLP Act, to my understanding. We are the group of CA, CMA, CS, IT professionals and Layers, we thought of One point solution to client. So the question is covering the Council guideline and Act relevant therto, of various professional Institute.
