Professional ethics on advertisement
Can a "private limited company" in which a practicing chartered accountant in either shareholder or member, run "paid advertisement" on youtube / fb / other social media for rendering services like company incorporation, gst, income tax, etc ??

He has to disclose the fact in private limited. If allowed then he can do so.
