For May10 CA Final(Old Course) Exam,Whether The Chartered Accountant(Amendment)Act,2006 is applicable as it was applicable for Nov09 exam or any amendment in that or any amended act will be applicable?Please let me know,if someone has any info.regarding this coz I want to prepare Code Of Ethics topic in Auditing.

THERE ARE NO RECENT CHANGES IN THE CA ACT.
BUT SOME RECENT CASE LAWS AND NOTIFICATIONS MAY BE IMPORTANT.

I suggest u to go wid KAMAL GARG's Book for Audit... This book covers all the amendments including amendments in Bank audits etc...
