contravening the provision of the CA act 1949 can have permanent removal from the register of members

the said thing is mentioned in the IInd schedule part II and clause I , refer to professional ethics.

if proved there may be a fine upto 5 lacs or permanent removal from the register of members.

Yes I agreed with sumit but that should be proved to the institute, which is very difficult. But not be a imposible event.
