Please let me know whether a CA in practice is permitted to use own developed Logo not approved by Council of the institute..??
Further ans whether a CA can use logo specified and approved by council on
a. website [as per me, Yes, coz the same is permitted by regulation no. 194A (not sure about this regulation no)]
b. social networking sites (as per me, No, coz this will amount an Indirect way of Advertisement soliciting work)
