Profession tax registration

Hi

We are into a partnership firm haivng employees 5 nos. & partners 2 nos. We are paying profession tax of partners. Do we have to deduct profession tax from employees salaries. What are the rules for registration with profession tax as a firm like min. no. of employees in firm, amt. of wages etc. Can somone guide me please
