What annual compliance needs to be done by Producer Company after it's incorporation?

AGM to be held within 90 days of Incorporation and for the subsequent AGM gap shall not exceed 15months+3months extension.
Should appoint minimum number of Directors i.e 5 within 90 days of incorporation & should have 1 cheaf Executive officer.
