producer companies is applicable for Nov 2017 exams r not?
actually producer companies section 581 is as per old companies act 1956 in companies act 2013 no relevant section is there so it is applicable r not Nov 2017 exams

Page 8 of the pdf says..
"Note: The provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 which are still in force would form part of the syllabus till the time their corresponding or new provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 are enforced."
