Proceedur for appointment of a director in a company?

In case of appointment of Additional Director up to the AGM..

1. send 7 days earlier BM notice..

2. conduct BM and pass board resolution for appointment of Additional Director upto the AGM.

3. Take DIR 2, MBP-1 and DIR 8 from appointing Director at least 2 days before of sendy notice to board.

4. After passing board resolution file form DIR 12 on
MCA portal.

5. Regularise the appointed additional director into Director in ensuing AGM.
