We are holding excise warehouse and registered with excise authority. Recently we have purchase a tool and we have not taken cenvat credit. Now same we need to sell the other customer which is not used by us.
Basic cost of the tool is 500000
ED-60000
EC-1200
SHEC – 600
Now we plan to sell at 6, 20,000
How do I sell this tool?

Simply you have to register as first stage deaer and accordingly you can book credit and pass the same to prospective customer if he need so.
