Procedure of increase number of Share
We want to increase our number of Equity share 256000 To No 56,00, 000 equity share . What is the ROC procedures

In order to increase the authorised share capital. Check first if there is provision in AOA of the company for such increase. Conduct a board meeting and obtain approval of BOD and conduct an EGM and pass an ordinary resolution for increasing capital. Within 30 days submit for SH7 with the roc.
