I am sole earner of my family. Articleship stipend is not sufficient to take care of my family. I have done articleship for 2 years and now want to take termination of my articleship and do some job. Kindly tell me the Procedure for termination. and what if i want to Join articleship after 4 -5 months. No transfer only termination. Please Help !!!!!

FOR 4 TO 5 MONTHS BETTER U CAN TAKE TRANSFER ON MEDICAL GROUNDS. FOR THAT U HAV ETO PRODUCE A MC FROM GOVT DOCTOR. BY MEANS OF THAT WITHOUT ANY STRUGGLE U CAN GET TERMAINATION BUT AFTER ATLEAST 3 MONTHS ONLY U CAN RE JOIN ARTICLESHIP. FOR UR CASE THIS WILL SUIT I THINK,
