At the time of renewal of UT-1 following documents is required.
1. UT-1 in prescribed form.
2. Copy of RC.
3. ID and Address proof of wetness.
4. Statement regarding export of excisable goods without payment of duty (Annexure- 19).

Last year we forget to renew the LUT form.If possible to renew this year? is any special procediure for renew of LUT for this year?
