Procedure for pvt ltd company for share trading

I want to start a pvt ltd company for share trading purpose pls guide me as to what laws and acts I need to refer for the same. Would the profits be taxable as per as normal income or as STCG? Does including this purpose in the object clause in the MOA suffice?
