Procedure for online incorporation of companies

Hi Gurvinder,

The procedure remains same as:-

1) DIN APPLICATION

2)DIGITAL SIGNATURE 

3)FORM 1A

4) FORM 1,18,32 to be filed via MCA Portal.

The only difference now is that an optional route has been placed in all these steps i.e. if the form has been certified by a practising professional the forms would be immediately approved on filing. Whereas if the forms are not certified by the professional the MCA will conduct its due diligence and take its own time.ITS OPTIONAL.
