Procedure for incorporation of section 25
pleasee solve my above related query????????
Hi
Fee Form-1A has been increases from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 1000/-.
The proposed name fileed in Form-1A is changed on time to time. Now if the name is applied by the professional instead of applicant in Form-1A, then only one name you can mentioned instead of 6 names.
If the applican t is applied Form-1A then you can use 6 proposed name.
Now the whole registration procedure is shifted to ROC from RD. So, I am not confirmed on that theat Form-24A is required or not.

Hello Friends,
For filings done on or after 1st May, 2011, in case of ‘Issue of license under section 25’, the
application shall be processed by the concerned Registrar of Companies (RoC) office.
All applications u/s 25(1), 25(3) and 25(8) filed on or after 1st May 2011, shall be
dealt by the office of concerned Registrar of Companies (RoC).
So, File form 24A for application u/s 25(1) and 25(3) which shall be processed by the concerned RoC office.
