can anybody tell me the procedure  for getting into big 4 firms ?

Sound knowledge in subjects, perfect reference by some one working already with the employer B 4 firm, impressive interview performance etc are must. But please specify whether are u a student or qualified professional since the same could refine the answer further.

hi...thanx for ther reply...i m a student and i have appeared for CA PE-2 in may 2007....can u tell me wat kind of ques they ask in interview? and can they take me in comparison with CPT students? i mean will i get the preference if i apply before result comes ?
