Dear All,
Please tell me the procedure for extension of financial year by 3 months & which form has to be filed with ROC for the same.
Please reply urgently!!!!

If your financial year exceeds 15 months only then you have to take permission from ROC. (Required form is Form 61)
Other wise a BR would be sufficient.

There is no such Form prescribed for intimating ROC.
I think you can write a letter to ROC informing the same else u contact ROC for the same.
