What is the procedure for KYC of Director identification number (DIN number ) . What documnets to be submitted for KYC? We are private limtited co having 4 directors.

Documents required for KYC:

1. Self attested copy of PAN
2. Self attested copy of Aadhar
3. Self attested copy of Passport
4. Self attested copy of bank statement/electricity bill
5. Personal mobile number and e-mail
6. DSC of applicant
7. Certification by professional

Can i do it on my own or i have take help of company secreatry. can i submit al documents online or in MCA's office!

Sir u have to fill the form and file on mca. there is no hard copy submission of such documents.. just fill the form and attach DSC of applicant and then any professional (CA/CS in practice) shall certify the form.. Please check ur inbox for further details
