The other object clause of MOA does not contain a clause regarding "the company's power to make loans, provide guarantee and give security in respect of loan". Now this private limited company wants to give security against the loan of another company. please let me know which section will apply in this case for alteration of MOA and what forms are to be filed with full procedure.
