The other object clause of MOA does not contain a clause regarding "the company's power to make loans, provide guarantee and give security in respect of loan". Now this private limited company wants to give security against the loan of another company. please let me know which section will apply in this case for alteration of MOA and what forms are to be filed with full procedure.

Section 17, 18 and 19 of Companies Act, 1956 deal with the change in Object clause of the Pvt. Ltd. Co.
Procedure :
1) Pass Special Resolution in general meeting
2) File Form 23 with Attachements of Special Resoultion and Amended MOA.
3) Get the Form registered and obtain Certificate of Registration.
