procedure filing form 1 ?

Bhushan Ji,

1. Fill up the e-form 1, 18 & 32.. attach digital signature..

2. Login on mca's website, wid ur user name & password.

3. Click on eForms ----> then Click on eForm Upload ------> then Click on PreScruitny

4. Upload the eForm 1

5. After prescruitny gets successful, come back to e-filing.. n click again on eForm Upload.

6. Now click on efom upload n upload the form1 ---- after that u'll b asked to upload form18, upload the same --- after that u'll b asked to uplaod the form32, upload the same..

7. after that u'll b asked for payment mode for paying incorporation fee.. select the payment mode through which u wanna pay.. after that it will generate the CHALLAN..

8. After that go to Services tab.. click on Pay Stamp Duty Fee.. enter the SRN of the above Challan.. Select the payment mode n pay the fee.

9. send the original hard copy of all the documents to ROC.

10. u'll get the status of the incorporation of the company through e-mail or u can get the status wid the services available as "Track Transaction Status".
