What is the procedure to change ownership of proprietorship company from one person to another (from wife to husband in this case) under GST ?
Will I have to obtain a new GSTIN ?
Also, if yes, then can I retain the same name of the company even after obtaining a new GSTIN ?

Sir You have to surrender the GSTIN in the name of Husband and Obtain a New GSTIN using Wife's PAN. The same NAME can be applied, there is no issue in that.
