Articleship is essentail part of CA carriculam, but there is many instance the CA students are facing many problems during this period.
Working period in a ca Firm
Shall be 7 to 8 hours per day and total working in a week shall be 48 hours in a week.But in some cases it is just in paper, student have to work more than that and also in commutation to office and home or client office to home............
Stipend
There are specific rate prescribed by the Institue for stipend, and all the CA are oblied to pay the stipend to the trainee....
Premium....
Some firms were demanding admission premium from the Ca student for joining their firm......
