We have made a payment on 19-02-2013 to MCA for filing Form 21, but till date the payment is shown under process, as a result we can not file form 21.On 15-03-2012 we have made complaint about it to MCA but it followed by several telephonic communication with Central Help Desk but there is no fruitful result.
So, friends please suggest me what to do resolve this problem.

yes..we also facing some problems with mca...
raise complaint (ticket) on mca website and then call at helpline number given on site
