Today (23rd June) I tried to e-file online for AY2023-24 using ITR1. But I am getting stuck after few steps.
After following through the first few pages of the form, I got the question:
"Are you filing the income tax return for any of the following reasons?"
I selected: "Taxable income is more than basic exemption limit", and then clicked proceed.
I am getting "Page Not Found" error.
Is it the same experience for others? Is it a transient issue, or is the software still not ready? Thanks in advance,
