Problem in uploading st-3

I am also getting the same error today.

This issue has started since 3 days, though the latest utility file was used. Send a mail to aces.servicedesk @ icegate.gov.in. You may not get a response nor you can reach servicedesk over phone :) as it is always busy. But they would atleast know the magnitude of the issue.

Today the website itself is inaccesible..... 

It is not possible today to fill ST3 return on-line, due to slow speed. Also returns with multiple details are hard to fill on-line due to constant log-off issues. 

Upload facility is showing the same error as mentioned here. Any solutions???

Try deleting rev in the file and then upload

instead of using latest ST3 utility (23-08-2013), use earlier version, because last date is tomorrow only.

Please find here enclosed earlier version (31-July-2013) file;

I think currently the ACES website is not accepting return, as the SAVE button is not active.

If any one is able to upload, using any tweak, then let us know.

ACES website is working. Just now we have uploaded 3 returns in our office :)

Last date extended to 10th Sep-2013.  Relax...

Now the website start working.. so you all can file your Service tax return as soon as possible.

from where you come to know that the due date of filing service tax return is extended.. please give proper notification if any..
